We want you to be fully satisfied with your Solovair footwear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the product is returned in its original branded shoebox.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back into the Solovair box and secure it within a protective mailing bag or outer carton to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
